Forreston home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Forreston rose by $8,550 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $51,500 - a 19.9% increase over the $42,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Forreston in February 2017.
