Palmyra home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Palmyra rose by $138,800 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $272,000 - a 104.2% increase over the $133,200 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Palmyra in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Palmyra for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,700, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
