Byron home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Byron rose by $18,600 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $148,500 - a 14.3% increase over the $129,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Byron in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Byron for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,260, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
