Hillcrest home prices fall in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Hillcrest fell by $13,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $113,000 - a 10.7% decrease over the $126,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Hillcrest in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Hillcrest for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,674, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
