Oregon home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Oregon rose by $36,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $106,000 - a 51.4% increase over the $70,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Oregon in March 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Oregon for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,214, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
