Rock Falls home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Rock Falls fell by $13,500 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $68,000 - a 16.6% decrease over the $81,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Rock Falls in August 2016.
