Palmyra home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Palmyra fell by $2,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,000 - a 1.3% decrease over the $156,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Palmyra in November 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Palmyra for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,700, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
