Rock Falls home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Rock Falls fell by $12,900 while total sales decreased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $59,000 - a 17.9% decrease over the $71,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Rock Falls in September 2016.
