Sterling home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Sterling rose by $29,300 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $76,250 - a 62.4% increase over the $46,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Sterling in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Sterling for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,150, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
