Sterling home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Sterling fell by $5,875 while total sales decreased by 17.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,000 - a 7.4% decrease over the $79,875 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Sterling in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Sterling for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,150, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
