Fulton home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Fulton rose by $2,750 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,500 - a 2.1% increase over the $129,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Fulton in May 2017.

The median sales tax in Fulton for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,337, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
