Tampico home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Tampico fell by $6,950 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 9.7% decrease over the $71,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Tampico in May 2017.
