Sterling home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Sterling fell by $1,050 while total sales decreased by 25.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,950 - a 1.3% decrease over the $84,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Sterling in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Sterling for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,150, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
