Bertolet Memorial Library District issued the following announcement on May 14.
Children choose a dog or bear for their new furry friend. During the workshop, kids hand-stuff their own pal, then make a wish on a rainbow star before tucking it safely inside their new friend! They then name it with a birth certificate and take it home in a colorful, reusable take home bag.
