Q1 2019 Parolees Recap: Who was paroled in zip code 61039?

There was one offender released on parole during the first quarter living near Illinois zip code 61039, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by NW Illinois News.

The data shows that the man was released in the Dixon zip code. The 45-year-old parolee wasn't a veteran.

He was sentenced to 1 year in prison for a financial crime or fraud in 2018 when he was 44 years old.
