City of Dixon issued the following announcement on July 25.
This is Edzus Kravacis. He is an exchange student from Latvia. Edzus will be going door-to-door to sell educational materials as his summer college job with Southwestern Advantage. He does have a solicitor's license from the City. If you have any questions, please call the Police Department at 815-288-4181.
