Ashton home prices rise in June 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2018 in Ashton rose by $14,375 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 28.4% increase over the $50,625 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Ashton in June 2017.

The median sales tax in Ashton for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,226, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for June 2018.
