Dixon home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Dixon rose by $4,600 while total sales increased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $74,500 - a 6.6% increase over the $69,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Dixon in March 2018.

The median sales tax in Dixon for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,987, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for March 2019.
