Paw Paw home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Paw Paw fell by $51,750 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $104,000 - a 33.2% decrease over the $155,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Paw Paw in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Paw Paw for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,820, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
