Harmon home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Harmon fell by $182,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $37,000 - a 83.1% decrease over the $219,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Harmon in the first half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Harmon for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,979, approximately 5.3% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2018.
