Franklin Grove home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Franklin Grove fell by $25,000 while total sales increased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $35,000 - a 41.7% decrease over the $60,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Franklin Grove in the first half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Franklin Grove for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,949, approximately 5.6% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
