a. Approve directing Superintendent Colleen Fox to apply for the School Maintenance Project Grant for middle school roof or middle school floor repair for maximum amount of $50,000 by the district with the state to match in the amount of $50,000
b. Approve Strategic Plan Goals developed through the Strategic Planning and Goal Setting meetings as listed on the attached sheet.
9. Closed Session - Action:
a. The Board will enter Closed Session under the Open Meetings Act 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) and 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(9) to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employee(s), and student disciplinary case(s).
