Dixon home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Dixon rose by $2,750 while total sales decreased by 11.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 149 homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,000 - a 3.3% increase over the $84,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 168 homes sold in Dixon in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Dixon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,046, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
