Rock Falls home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Rock Falls rose by $13,907 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,601 - a 29.8% increase over the $46,694 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Rock Falls in the first quarter of 2018.
