Fulton home prices unchanged in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Fulton was unchanged while total sales decreased by 41.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000. There were 17 homes sold in Fulton in the first quarter of 2018, and the median sales price for the period was also $90,000.
