Albany home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Albany fell by $4,450 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $71,800 - a 5.8% decrease over the $76,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Albany in October 2018.

The median sales tax in Albany for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,376, approximately 3.3% of the median home sale price for October 2019.
