Erie home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Erie rose by $41,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 49.3% increase over the $83,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Erie in September 2018.

The median sales tax in Erie for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,089, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for September 2019.
