Morrison home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Morrison fell by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 52.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,000 - a 3.3% decrease over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Morrison in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Morrison for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,339, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
