Erie home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Erie fell by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $117,500 - a 2.1% decrease over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Erie in May 2018.
