Fulton home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Fulton fell by $15,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $117,500 - a 11.3% decrease over the $132,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Fulton in May 2018.
