Sterling home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Sterling fell by $12,100 while total sales decreased by 43.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $61,900 - a 16.4% decrease over the $74,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Sterling in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Sterling for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,159, approximately 3.5% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
