Fulton home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Fulton rose by $50,425 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 78.1% increase over the $64,575 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Fulton in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Fulton for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,350, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
