a. The Board will enter Closed Session under the Open Meetings Act 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) and 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(9) to discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employee(s), and student disciplinary case(s).

10. Action Items:

a. Approve non-renewal of Superintendent Colleen Fox for the 2020-2021school year

b. Approve retirement request of Darcy Arnold at the end of the 2019-2020 school year

c. Consider principal employment contracts for 2020-2021 school term – Action Item in March

d. Consideration and possible action on status of Closed Session Minutes from August 2019 through January 2020
