Fenton home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Fenton fell by $66,250 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $52,250 - a 55.9% decrease over the $118,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were four homes sold in Fenton in 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Fenton for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,359, approximately 4.5% of the median home sale price for 2019.
