Fulton home prices fall in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Fulton fell by $18,750 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,000 - a 16.3% decrease over the $114,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Fulton in February 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Fulton for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,350, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
