Ogle County Executive Committee met Jan. 14.

1. Call Meeting to Order: Chairman Finfrock called the meeting to order at 5:43 p.m. Present: Griffin, Janes, Kenney, Nordman, Reising and Sparrow. Others: County Clerk & Recorder Laura Cook, Treasurer Linda Beck, Director of Court Services Cindy Bergstrom, IT Manager Larry Callant, Droege, Typer and Smith.
2. Approval of Minutes: December 10, 2019: Motion by Kenney to approve the minutes as presented, 2nd by Janes. Motion carried.

5. Old Business
· Update on Tower Status – State’s Attorney: will follow-up with Sheriff VanVickle.
· Cannabis Legislation & Ogle County Craft Growing License Discussion: None
6. New Business
· Host Agreement for Orchard Hills Landfill: We should receive a draft this week.
· Annual Meeting Notice: It will be brought before the County Board.
• Lease Agreement with City of Rochelle: Finfrock emailed the document to the Committee. Motion by Sparrow to approve as presented, 2nd by Griffin. Finfrock would like to have signs installed that dictate no overnight parking. Motion carried.
· Janitor Contract for EOC: It is signed and everything is going well.
· Lease Agreement with Hope for EOC Office: Finfrock is working with Morrow on it
• Grubsteakers Liquor License: Finfrock stated there is a situation that he needs to call the Liquor Commission. The business has been sold but not the actual building. They also have questions regarding the corporation documentation. Questions were raised about their gaming license.
• Other: Finfrock will speak with Rochelle City Manager concerning the fiber connection charge and utilities at Focus House along with the permit fee for EOC enclosure.
