Sterling home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Sterling fell by $24,050 while total sales increased by 188.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,950 - a 18.5% decrease over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Sterling in March 2019.
