Sterling home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Sterling rose by $14,600 while total sales increased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $76,500 - a 23.6% increase over the $61,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Sterling in April 2019.

The median sales tax in Sterling for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,159, approximately 2.8% of the median home sale price for April 2020.
