Prophetstown home prices fall in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Prophetstown fell by $20,000 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,000 - a 20.2% decrease over the $99,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Prophetstown in April 2019, as well.
