Fulton home prices rise in April 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Fulton rose by $24,920 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,920 - a 21.7% increase over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Fulton in April 2019.

The median sales tax in Fulton for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,350, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for April 2020.
