Sterling home prices fall in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Sterling fell by $10,250 while total sales decreased by 21.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,750 - a 11.4% decrease over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Sterling in May 2019.
