Fulton home prices fall in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Fulton fell by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 85%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,000 - a 4.7% decrease over the $117,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Fulton in May 2019.

The median sales tax in Fulton for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,350, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
