Byron Forest Preserve District issued the following announcement on June 11.
If you're already getting outside for some fresh air and exercise, while following social distancing of course, that's a perfect time to help pick-up trash and recyclables! Join the challenge to pick-up trash along the Rock River and you may just win a $50 gift card! All you have to do is....
-Download the Litterati app (It's free!)
-Create an account
-Take photos of the individual cans, wrappers, bottles and cups you find along the river basin
-Register the items...
