Fulton home prices rise in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Fulton rose by $43,500 while total sales decreased by 63.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $118,500 - a 58% increase over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Fulton in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Fulton for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,350, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
