Palmyra home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Palmyra rose by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 21.6% increase over the $127,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Palmyra in the second quarter of 2019.
