Amboy home prices fall in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Amboy fell by $750 while total sales decreased by 40.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,500 - a 0.8% decrease over the $88,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Amboy in the first half of 2019.
