3. Closed Session: None

4. Public Comment: None

5. Judiciary

 Monthly Bills: Motion by Bowers to approve the bills totaling $1,407.09, 2nd by Corbitt. Motion carried.

 Department Update: Judge Hanson stated they have a lot going on at the Judicial Center. He presented his budget last week for the Finance Committee. He reduced a few lines then created a sub-department for the Public Defenders office. He did modify the request for only 3 Public Defenders instead of the original plan of 4. They are struggling with appointed attorneys since 2 of the current Public Defenders are not attending court in person. This is another reason to have a full time office, which would be more efficient for all departments involved.

6. Circuit Clerk

 Monthly Bills: Motion by Bowers to approve the bills totaling $697.51, 2nd by Droege. Motion carried.

 Department Update: Stahl stated her budget meeting went fine; no major changes. The Judicial Center had a power outage yesterday and one copy machine is not working.

7. New Business: None

8. Adjournment: Motion by Bowers to adjourn, 2nd by Sulser. Motion carried. Time: 9:15 a.m.
