The Morrison City Council met in Special Session at 7:00 p.m. in the Morrison Community Room, 307 S Madison St., Morrison, IL. Mayor Everett Pannier called the meeting to order. Acting City Clerk Scott Vandermyde recorded the minutes.

Other City official present was City Administrator Barry Dykhuizen.
There was no Public Comment.
Items for Consideration, Discussion & Information:
Alderman Tervelt made a motion to approve the most recent proposal from the Teamsters Union. Their offer remained at an hourly increase of $0.50 per hour for each of the next three years plus an additional eight hours paid personal time off (removing the term “birthday''), seconded by Alderman Deets. Further discussion indicated that the City can override requests for personal time off so the City should not suffer manpower shortage in time of need. The next step is review by the City Attorney. On a roll call vote 5 ayes (Eizenga, Zuidema, Tervelt, West and Deets) and 3 nays (Mahaffey, Welding and Bruckner) the motion passed.
With no additional business to discuss, Alderman Zuidema moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Alderman Mahaffey (all ayes). Meeting adjourned at approximately 7:30 p.m.
