Lost Nation home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Lost Nation fell by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 7.3% decrease over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Lost Nation in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Lost Nation for 2019 was $3,372. In 2018, the median sales tax was $3,136. This marks an increase of 7.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.8%.
