Polo home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Polo fell by $17,000 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $68,500 - a 19.9% decrease over the $85,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Polo in August 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Polo for 2018 was $1,832. In 2017, the median sales tax was $1,818. This marks an increase of 0.8%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.7%.
